This is about my life journey, from severe child sexual abuse, spousal abuse, through Alcoholism, parenting, marriage, grand-parenting, caring for an elderly mother and last but not least learning to care for myself. Everyday life, the trials and tribulations of growing up wounded, but not mortally.
